Teams will be required to develop a system assessing professionals and project teams based on completed and ongoing projects with performance metrics.
Besides performance evaluation, the system is expected to perform an estimations of project complexity and lead time based on project details.
Implemented performance metrics can be COCOMO effort estimation results, lead time, labour costs, field, platform factors, UI framework size and others.
#3. Developing a Telegram Bot tool enabling message buffering
Teams will be required to create a resource for IT project recruitment that would allow both professionals and IT teams to publish relevant information on their expertise and developed products and services. The online tool can be a website, a Telegram bot, an app, or any other product enabling operations with depersonalized data on IT specialists. The user interface provides users looking for candidates with summaries of the competencies and experience of professionals or IT teams, while expertise details are offered upon request.
The depersonalized summaries compiled by IT specialists consist of mandatory fields (ex. levels and fields of expertise) as well as optional ones determined through a periodic benchmarking of a pool of project requests. On top of that, the registered users receive notifications about new available fields to fill in, which get automatically updated through the analysis of the pool.
Instead of choosing from a directory, competency fields imply the manual entry of information. After submission, the entered data, for the standardisation purposes, may require modification. IT specialists get notified on the matter through the prior chosen means of communication.
